Nope! When you bring your client to Catapult, you’ll get the same sales commission you would get on the sale, and Catapult does not take any part of this commission. We also never charge agents any monthly or one-time fees. Our goal is to help you get new listings and delight your clients.

Our goal is to help agents get more listings and empower your clients to move with less friction. We do not have listing agents of our own, and agents do not pay to be in our network.

If we refer a client to you who you end up representing as either a seller or a buyer, we would only expect a referral fee similar to what other brokers receive for referrals.
